Netherlands East Indies. (Prisoner of War - Red Cross). 1942. Netherlands East Indies postal stationery card 3 1/2c grey cancelled by Soerabaja date stamp '20th August 2602 (1942) addressed to Tegal with circular 'Contact en Information Bureau Roode Kruis/ Soerabaja' on face.
The Red Cross had very little assistance available to them during the Japanese Occupation.
