Cambodia. A wonderful new collection and Paul Bulternman Dutch East Indies from this great philatelist. This month September 2021 we shall start to upload this very nice Cambodia collection. Some items are ex Dickie Dowler and a few from a well known California collector with a few from the famous Desrousseaux collection sold in Paris 2011. The last great collection sold at auction was Bjorn Wallberg perhaps twenty years ago in David Feldman, Geneva. In his introduction David noted that for every 100 French Indo-China items the ratio to Cambodia was 'ten per cent' and Laos 'one in a hundred'.
We are just in the process of purchasing a wonderful Cambodia collection of covers and postcards. Some very rare items including only the second Veune Sai/ Cambodge double ring 26th November 1915. And French General Colonies used in Phnom Penh from 1885.
Also fantastic items from the Paul Bulterman Netherland East Indies collections including POW mail and Internment Camp items. Paul spent 70 years collection this fascinating area. It was his life long passion.
