Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to the United States bearing French Morocco 'Child Refugees' Yvert + 2f on 45c green, Yvert 201, + 4f on 90c blue, Yvert 202, + 6f on 1f25 brown and Yvert 203, + 8f on 2f50 carmine tied by Casablanca-Postes/Maroc date stamp '31st Jan 42' with matching registered label with 'Controle' censor tape tied by oval 'Ouvert/Par L'Autorite Militaire/YA 601' in orange with framed '7' in carmine. routed via Bermuda with 'Opened by Examiner 6992' and endorsed 'Condemned' in red crayon and hand-stamp instructional 'Held by British/ Censor/Released Jan 1946' with 'Released' in violet and forwarded with New York/Reg '28/1 1946' and Newark/Registered 'Feb 9 1946' on reverse. Very attractive item held by the Bermuda censorship for 4 years.
