German postal stationery 'Reply Card' (with unused reply half attached) cancelled by Oldenburg date stamp '18th Nov 01' addressed to 'Willy Weichardt, Prisoner of War/ Burts Island, Bermuda' with circular 'Prisoner of War/ Passed by Censor/ Bermuda' in blue on face and Hamilton/Bermuda 'Dec 7th' on reverse and endorsed 'Not Darrell' in m/s pencil.
Only 1100 Boer Prisoners were held on Darrell Island in the Great Sound of Bermuda.
