Envelope written from Cuba addressed to Georgetown, British Guiana bearing Cuba 2c red tied by Santiago de Cuba roller 'Feb 27', underpaid with framed 'T' hand-stamp and bearing British Guiana postage dues SG D2, 2c black (strip of three) tied by Georgetown arrival '27th Mr 40'. Very nice item of underpaid mail from Cuba.
