Voyce, Methodist Mission Kihili, Buin via Kieta, New Guinea', endorsed 'via Solomons', routed via Port Moresby with 'Field P.O. 0141' Port Moresby transit '11th Oct' on reverse and endorsed 'via Solomons 10/10' and forwarded to New Zealand via Australia with 'Opened By Censor/ 1' (red on white tape censor label) tied by triangular framed '1/ Passed By Censor/ 219' violet censor cachet on face with Sydney/ N.S.W. receiver '29th Oct 43' on face.
All of this was to little avail, instead of being forwarded via the Solomons, it was readdressed in Sydney to Auckland, New Zealand and was postmarked 'Sydney N.S.W. 29 Oct 43'.
Upon receipt in New Zealand Mrs Voyce removed the enclosure from the envelope and forwarded the cover to VELLA LAVELLA, where the addressee was stationed at the time.
