Air Mail envelope addressed to Roseau, Dominica bearing Argentina Yvert 372, 20c blue and Yvert 380, 1p brown and turquoise tied Buenos Aires date stamp '11th July 40' routed via St Lucia with transit Castries/St Lucia '23rd Jy' with 'Opened by Censor' hand-stamp in violet and Dominica plain brown censor tape tied by circular 'General Post Office/ Dominica Br. W.I.' in violet dated '31st July' and hand-stamp 'Passed by Censor' on reverse. Very nice item. Only one other plain censor label noted by M. White.
