Registered envelope addressed to London bearing SG 48, 1d rose-red (pair) and SG 55, 2 1/2d on 1d grey-blue tied by Kingstown/ St. Vincent date stamp 'Ja 23 98' with oval 'R' hand-stamp and 'R/ Saint Vincent' registration label on reverse and London arrival 'Jy 7 98'. Very fine.
