Air Mail envelope addressed to Venezuela bearing SG 250, 6c sepia and blue ad SG 251, 8c sage and orange (2) tied by Port of Spain date stamp 'No 25 39' with brown censor tape with hand-struck 'Opened By Censor' in violet and tied by double oval Trinidad And Tobago/ Assistant/ Censor/ Postal' in violet on face and Caracas arrival 'Nov 28' on reverse.
Scarce Assistant Censor cachet only in use late 1939 to early 1940.
