Registered envelope addressed to the United States bearing SG 60, 1c black (2) and SG 74, 12c blue tied by Brunei date stamp '13th Dec 39' with matching registered label routed via Labuan tied by framed 'Passed By/ 4/ Censor' (with bottom right framed removed) in violet and Labuan transit '14th Dec' on reverse and 'Passed by Censor' tape applied in Singapore. Very fine item of mail from Brunei routed via the Labuan censor station.
