Brunei. 1931. Registered envelope addressed to England bearing Brunei SG 78, $1 black and red/ blue tied by Belait date stamp '20th June 31' with matching 'R/ Belait' registration label, routed via Brunei and Singapore 'Mar 23' with oval 'Registered/ Birmingham' receiver '27th July 31' on reverse. Very scarce item of registered mail from this small Post Office, scarce single franking on cover.
