Picture post card of 'St Mary's Church, Fort st George, Madras' addressed to England bearing India SG 156, 1/2a green (pair) tied by Experimental P.O. double ring '13th Nov 15' with circular 'Passed by Censor/Rangoon' in violet on face. Scarce Experimental Post Office cancel, very little is known about these scarce marks. A very nice item with WW1 Rangoon censor.
