Air Mail envelope addressed to Batavia, Netherlands Indies bearing Burma SG 8, 3a6p indigo and SG 26, 3a purple (pair) tied by Rangoon/ Sorting double ring '23rd May 40' with triangular 'Passed Censor/Rangoon/ 4' in violet and framed instructional 'Insufficiently Paid For Transmission By Air Mail' with hand-struck 'Censor/ Gepasseerd/ 1' in carmine in arrival. Very attractive item of mail into the Netherlands Indies.
