Air Mail envelope written from 'Indian No 5/ Base Post Office, Rangoon' addressed to India bearing Burma SG 20, 6p blue and SG 22, 1a brown (3) tied on arrival by boxed 'Buy Defenses/ Savings Certificates/ Delivery/ 20 Mar 42/ Negaopatam' with triangular 'Passed by/ Censor/ A 21' on face. One of the last covers to have left Rangoon before the Occupation by Japanese Forces. (See notes).
