Registered Burma GV1 postal stationery envelope 'one anna' brown with Japanese Occupation overprint cancelled by oval 'D.G.T./ Rangoon' date stamp in violet '17 Oct 47' and hand-stamped 'On Active Service', endorsed 'Regd' and addressed to 'Gun N.F. Bright, HQRA, North Burma, Meiktila' with boxed slogan on reverse and Meiktila arrival '18th Oct.' Very fine and scarce item of stationery from the Japanese Occupation.
