Registered Air Mail envelope endorsed 'Registered with acknowledgment due' addressed to London bearing SG 24, 2a carmine, SG 28, 4a turquoise, SG 30, 1r purple and blue (2) and SG 31, 2r brown and purple tied by Rangoon date stamp '4th Sept 40' with matching registered label with and 'A.R. receipt form cancelled in Rangoon. Nice item with 'Avis de Reception' form.
