Registered picture post card addressed to Paris bearing French Indo-China SG 34, 10c rose and SG 37, 25c blue tied by Kompong-Thom/ Cambodge double ring '30th Sept 06' with framed hand-struck 'R', routed via Pnom-Penh '2nd Oct'. Scarce registered post card from Kompong-Thom Province paying the correct ten cent postcard rate plus 25 cents for registration. Very attractive item.
