France 'Type Sage' postal stationery envelope 5c yellow green cancelled by 'Oran/ Karguentah' double ring '25th Jav 01' addressed to Kampot, Cambodia, endorsed 'par Saigon' with Saigon Central transit '19/2' and Hatien/ Cochinchine '23rd Feb' on reverse. Very nice item of incoming mail from North Africa to the small costal Province of Kampot.
