Cambodia. (French Indo-China). 1900. Envelope addressed to Albi, France bearing French Indo-China SG 11, 15c blue (gutter pair) tied by Banam/ Cambodge double ring '4th Dec 00', routed via Saigon/ Cochinchine '6/12' and Albi receiver on reverse. Very fine item from this small Mekong town.
