Cambodia. (Siam - French General Colonies). 1910. Picture post card of 'The Princess & Prince of Cambodia in Phnom-Penh' addressed to Annam bearing French Indo-China SG 33, 5c green tied by Mongkol-Borey/ Cambodge double ring '4th Aout 10.'
Under the French Treaty of 23rd March 1907 Mongkol Borei was returned to Cambodia by Siam.
Mail from Banleay Meanchey Province is very scarce. This is only the second item I have seen in forty years.
