Air Mail envelope addressed to London bearing French Cameroun Yvert 131, 10f lilac and orange, Yvert 255, 1f lilac (2) and Yvert 258, 2f50 blue tied by Douala date stamp '16th Nov 43' with boxed 'Par Avion' hand-stamp, endorsed 'via Lagos' with circular 'Control Postal/ Commission A/ Territoire du Cameroun' on reverse, routed via Senegal with 'Controle Postal Militaire' label tied by oval 'Ouvert/ Par/ L'Autorite Militare' with framed 'Crown/ Passed/ PP/ 12' censor in carmine on face. Very attractive item of mail sent the double Atlantic routed. Ex Maddocks.
