Registered envelope with double ring 'Cameroun Francais Libre/ Chanceellerie et Surete' on reverse in blue addressed to the 'Chief of Lagos, C.I.D.' bearing French Cameroun Yvert 203, 5f brown and black tied by Douala date stamp '24th Juin 41' with matching registered label and circular 'Control Postal/Commission A/ Territiore du Cameroun' on face with oval Registered/ Lagos '10th July' and framed horseshoe 'Censor' in black on face. Ex Maddocks and illustrated in his book.
