Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to Manchester bearing French Cameroun Yvert 130, 5f brown and grey, Yvert 131, 10f violet and orange (4) and Yvert 255, 1f lilac tied by Douala date stamp '6th Avril 43' with matching registration label, endorsed 'via Amerique' and routed via Senegal with 'Control Postal Militaire' censor tape tied by oval 'Ouvert/ Par/ L' Autorite Militaire' on face and reverse with Registered/ Lagos transit '17th Avril' and framed horseshoe 'Censor' in carmine with hand-struck instructional 'Jusqui a destination' on face. Lovely item routed twice over the Atlantic. Ex Maddocks.
