Devonshire", c/o GPO, London' bearing French Cameroun Yvert 205, 20f green and lilac and Yvert 231, 10f lilac tied by Douala date stamp '25th Nov 40' with Controle Postal/ Commission A/ Territoire du Cameroun' negative seal, routed via Nigeria with framed 'Passed by Censor/ Nigeria/ 12' in carmine on face. Very attractive item with scarce negative censor. Ex Maddocks.
