Air Mail envelope addressed to London bearing French Cameroun Yvert 119, 50c green and carmine (pair) and Yvert 188, 3f violet (2) tied by Betare-Oya date stamp '5th Aout 42', endorsed 'via Lagos' with circular 'Control PostaL/ Commission B/ Territoire du Cameroun' with 'Controle Postal Militaire' censor tape tied by oval 'Ouvert/ Par/ L' Autorite Militaire' , routed via Nigeria with bold triangular 'L/12' censor cachet in violet and 'Opened by Examiner' censor label tied by framed 'Passed by Censor/ 12/ Nigeria' in carmine on face. The cover has been taxed with boxed 'T/3f' but not collected. Superb item censored in Yaounde (B). Ex Maddocks.
