C Is' date stamp 'De 11 39' with hand-stamp ''Passed By/ Censor' in violet, underpaid with circular 'T' hand-stamp in carmine and endorsed '1d' in blue crayon with St. Helena SG 132, 1d green (pair) applied and tied on arrival by St. Helena receiver '5th Feb 40..' Attractive combination. Nice use of St. Helena stamps as postage due.
