Envelope addressed to London bearing SG 197, 15c olive tied by Matale date stamp 'Mr 30th' endorsed 'per first mail' with framed 'Too late' and Railway Post office 'Mr 31 93' on reverse with London arrival 'Ap 22'. Nice instructional mail sent by French paqubot as the "Himalaya" had sailed on the 30th.
