Ceylon. 1884. Envelope addressed to Surrey SG 168, 28c on 48c rose tied by '70' bar obliterator with Trincomalee/ Paid date stamp 'My 4 85' with Colombo transit, routed by French paquebot with Redhill and Oxted receiver '28th April' on reverse. Very fine.
