Diyatalawa Camp' bearing Ceylon SG 195, 5c purple tied by Ragama Camp date stamp 'Nov 8 01' with oval 'Ragama Camp' in purple on reverse with 'Opened Under Martial Law' censor label and 'Passed Censor P.O.W./ Diyatalawa/E.J.B.' in violet on face. Nice item of mail from Camp to Camp. Very fine.
