Ceylon. (Boer War). 1901. Multi view registered picture post card addressed to 'The Consul for Belgium, Colombo' bearing SG 256, 2c pale brown (2), SG 257, 3c green and SG 259, 6c rose and black tied by Ragama Camp date stamp 'Sept 3' with framed hand-struck 'R' and oval 'Ragama Camp/ Passed/ Censor' in violet on face with Colombo/ Registered receiver. Scarce registered post card from Ragama Camp. Very attractive.
