Registered picture post card 'Kandy facing Galle' addressed to France bearing SG 195, 5c purple (pair) and SG 259, 6c rose and black tied by Ragama Camp date stamp 'Aug 2nd ' with framed hand-struck 'R' and oval 'Ragama Camp/ Passed/ Censor' in violet on face routed via Colombo with Rhone arrival. Scarce registered post card from Ragama Camp.
