Registered envelope written from the 'Bank of India/ Australia' addressed to 'The Imperial Maritime Customs, Canton' bearing French China SG 12, 50c rose tied by Shang-Hai/ Chine double ring '9th Avril 97' with with framed hand-struck 'R' in red, endorsed 'Per French Mail' with hand-struck 'Registered' on face and British Post Office Canton arrival on reverse Ap 13' . Very rare hand-struck 'Registered'.
