Registered envelope addressed to Paris bearing Mengtsz SG 21, 10c rose (block of four) and SG 26, 35c black/yellow tied by Mong-Tseu-Chine double ring with framed hand-struck 'R' routed via Lao-Kay/ Tonkin '3rd Aout' and Haiphong '5th Aout' with octagonal French paquebot 'Yokohama a Marseille L.N. No 4' date stamp '10 Aout' with Paris arrival on reverse '4th Sept' . A very attractive item from Yunnan Province.
