Envelope addressed to France bearing Kouang-Tcheou-Wan SG 86, 10c pale blue tied by Fort Bayard/ Kouangtcheowan date stamp '25th Feb 31' , endorsed 'via Siberia' , underpaid with hand-struck 'T' and boxed instructional 'Affranchissemnt/ Insuffisant' on face, routed via Hong Kong '28 Feb' and bearing French postage due Yv 37, 50c purple applied and tied by Caluire et Cuire receiver '1st Avril.' Very nice item of underpaid mail from the French Leasehold Territory of Kwangchow.
