Stamp-less envelope addressed to Algeria, North Africa endorsed 'Corps D'Occupation du Tonkin' cancelled by Fort Bayard/Indo- Chine Francaise double ring '21st Juil' with undated 'Corps Exped' and circular 'Commandant Superieur/Quang-Tcheou-Wan' in blue on face, routed via Haiphong '24th Juil' with Batna/Constantine arrival '5th Sept' on reverse. The French Military in Quang-Tcheou could benefit from the military tariff until October 31st 1904. A very nice item from the Occupation addressed to Algeria.
