Stamp-less envelope addressed to France endorsed 'Troupes d'Indo-Chine' cancelled Lam/ Tonkin date stamp '30 Aout' with circular 'Place de Lam/ Le Commandant D' Ares' in blue on face and reverse routed via Phu-Lang-Thuong and Haiphong with Paris arrival.
