Envelope addressed to Saigon, Cochin-China bearing French General Colonies Yvert 3, 10c bistre and SG 5, 40c Vermilion tied by dotted lozenge with adjacent 'Reunion/ St. Denis' date stamp '18th Sept 68' , routed via Aden with boxed 'PD' and Cochinchine/ Saigon arrival '21st Oct' on reverse. Very nice origin and early incoming mail to French China.
