China. (French Indo-China). 1933. Envelope addressed to Cochinchine bearing French Indo-China 'War Orphans' SG 82, 10c on 15c + 10c grey green (pair) and SG 169, 2c green (pair) tied by 'Prov. De Nghe An/ Canton de Phu Qui/Coba' in violet with adjacent Phu-Qui/ Annam date stamp '8th Mars 33' and 'Service Accelere' label, routed via Vinn and Saigon Central with Can-Tho arrival '12th Mars' on reverse. Although a 'Lecalle' cover in thirty years I have never seen another 'Service Accelere' cover on Post Rural mail.
