Envelope addressed to French Madagascar baring Indo-China SG 172, 4c blue tied by Saigon Central '15th Sept 40' routed via Singapore with triangular 'Passed For Transmission/Singapore 49' with oval 'Passed By Censor/ Mauritius' in violet on face with Tamatave '7th Mai' and Majunga receiver '12th Mai' on reverse. Very nice item paying the Prinrted Matter rate.
