Censored envelope addressed to Hanoi bearing Indo-China SG 168, 1c brown (pair), SG 172, 4c blue and SG 254, 6c sepia tied by Quangngai/ Annam date stamp with 'Controle Postal Militaire' label and oval 'Overt par/ L' Autorite Militaire' censor cachet with circular 'Controle Postal/Indochine/Commaission B' and Hanoi receiver on reverse. Commission B censor cachet from Annam is very rare, see Desrousseaux volume 4.
