Prisoner of War 2nd Taiwan card (Rank & Name) dated October 43) hand-stamped Service des Prisonniers de Gurre' in violet addressed to Burnley, Lancs with Framed 'Prisoner of War Post' and boxed 'Ken' etsumi' and oval censor seal in red on reverse with framed 'Crown/Passed/P.W.3551' British censor cachet in red. Nice item.
Signalman May was one of 500 POW's transported on 27 Oct 42 from Singapore on "Dai Niche Mara" arrived in Takao Port, Taiwan in Feb 43 and incarcerated in Takao Camp.
