Postal stationary envelope 4c orange upgraded with Canton SG 67, 1/4 on 1 c sepia and SG 68, 4/5 on 2c brown (pair) tied by Vinh/Annam date stamp '24/6' addressed to Algeria, North Africa routed by Saigon with 'Hue a Dongha/Annam' ambulant transit '25/6' and Bougie/Constantine receiver '2/8'. Very rare railway postmark from Indo-China, the only item recorded by Desrousseaux and illustrated in volume three.
