Tien-Tsin' bearing Japanese Post Office in China SG 2a, 1/2s sale and SG 6a, 2s yellow/green tied by 'Tientsin I.J.P.A.' date stamp addressed to Newcastle, England with Yokohama transit. Scarce military use from the International Force paying the 4 sen post card rate. The Postal Agency was located at Tzu-Chu-Lin.
