Picture post card written from Port Arthur dated '5th Dec 03' addressed to Milan, Italy bearing Russia Yvert 41, 4k rose tied by Port Artur/ Pochtov Kont/ 7' date stamp (Tchil Fig 542) and forwarded to Bisskra/ Constantine (Algeria) with arrival on face 'Jan 04'. Very nice item of mail from the French Brigade at the commencement to the Russo-Japanese War.
