Picture post card written from Port Arthur dated '29th Dec 03' addressed to Nice, France bearing Russia Yvert 41, 4k rose tied by Port Artur/ Pochtov Kont/ 7 date stamp (Tchil Fig 542). Very nice item of mail from the French Brigade at the commencement to the Russo-Japanese War.
