China. (German China - Boxer Campaign). 1901. Japanese postal stationery card 1 1/2s ultramarine written from 'Paoting' dated '14th June 01', cancelled 'K.D. Feld-Poststation/ No 7' date stamp '14/6' and endorsed 'Feldpostkarte' addressed to Germany with Bolchen arrival '5/8' on face. Very scarce use of Japanese postal stationery written from Paotingfu during the Boxer Campaign.
Feldpost Station No 8 used from Paotingfu '20 Nov 1900 - 25th July 1901.
