Registered Printed Air Mail envelope addressed to China bearing 'North Eastern Provinces' SG 22, $1 blue (strip of three), SG 36, $50 violet and SG 38, $100 green tied by Chang Chun date stamp with registered (0030) label and hand-stamped with framed 'Air Mail' in carmine applied twice (Japanese and Chinese) in Mukden in transit.
The Japanese hand-stamp indicates 'Air Mail' and was applied during the Japanese Occupation of Manchuria. The mark is not listed by Ian McQueen.
