China. (French Territory in Kouang - Tcheou - Wan). 1913. Picture post card of 'Le Cap Saint-Jacques, Cochinchine' addressed to France bearing French Indo-China 'Parcel Post' SG P21, 10c black/ lilac tied by Kouang-Tcheou-Wan T.S.F. double ring '16th Jan 13'. The Bureau in K.T.W. closed in 1910 but a few new cancels were issued by the Telegraph Office. The Kouang-Tcheou-Wan with 'T.F.S. at top being very rare.

The leased Territory of Kouang-Tcheou-Wan in China was leased by France and administered by French Indo-China. The French Occupation was for 99 years and began in 1898 until 1997 as the British in Hong Kong.
Japan occupied the territory in WW2, it was returned in 1945 to France.

Postal History is scarce with small towns like Potsi, Taiping, Po-Tai and Point-Nivet being sort after.
The Tche-Kang 1900 stampless envelope in Dr Ed Grabowski sale fetched 26,000 GBP.
