Picture post card of 'View sur l' Arroyo Chinois, Saigon' addressed to France, endorsed 'F.M., cancelled by octagonal 'Cuirasse - Waldeck - Rousseau' date stamp struck twice '29th Mar 30' with circular 'Division Navales Extreme Orient/ Franchise Militaire' in violet on face with Loire arrival '28/4'. Very attractive item from the Gunboat "Waldeck - Rousseau" at Saigon.
