Very nice item paying the Concessionary rate for Sailors sent from H.M.S. "Waterwitch" a British Hydrographic survey vessel active in East Asian waters from 1894 and served on the China Station, she worked the coast of China, Hong Kong, Weihaiwei and the Yangtze river seeing action in the Boxer Rebellion.
